Last week, we shared a quiz for anyone and everyone to take regarding different training principles in the sport of obstacle course racing. What wasn't included in the quiz was the list of correct answers. We wanted to explain WHY the correct answer are indeed correct, and so, the video below goes step by step through each question, possible answer, and explains which answer is right and why. The why (reasoning) is so important in physical training, so we wanted to go over things in depth. Hopefully this helps people better understand training principles and strategies for OCR better.
