Training Plans
With the OCR Runners program, we'll design a full-customized training program to help you build your running endurance and speed. We'll take care of all of the details including the distance, duration, warmups, cool downs, mobility, strength, speed, and every other aspect of your running. We've helped runners (and non runners) of all ages and fitness levels. We'd love to help you improve your running for Obstacle Course Races.
5 Workouts Per Week

It might be a Spartan Race, a Savage Race, a Tough Mudder, or any of the 100+ obstacle course races world wide. No matter what, we have the experience and knowledge to coach you through every step in the journey with this completely custom training program designed to fit your needs and goals.
3 training days weekly
$150/month
Obstacle course racing demands strength, endurance, and relentless determination. Our customized programs will prepare you for your next Spartan Race. We want you to conquer that Sprint, Beast, or Super that you've been dreaming about. We custom make every aspect of your training to match you, your life, fitness, and goals.
5 training days weekly
$175/month
Completing a Spartan Ultra is a huge goal! Thankfully, it's one that you can absolutely accomplish. With a huge background of experience, and years of coaching other athletes, we're here to guide you through every single step and get you across the finish line. It's a surreal experience, and we want to be a part of it. All programming is designed specifically for you and customized to match every aspect of your life and training.

This 4-week training program is designed specifically to prepare you for Tackle the Tar, 5k Obstacle Course Race! This race welcomes all fitness levels but the exercises in this program will exclusively help you build the running/jogging endurance to complete the distance and strength needed to master the 20+ obstacles! Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and finish the race strong!
