This program is not just a workout plan—it's a journey of self-discovery, grit, and triumph. Designed for those who dare to dream big and push beyond their limits, this program will prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally for the toughest race of your life.

7 training days weekly
$200/mo.

This 4-week training program is designed specifically to prepare you for Tackle the Tar, 5k Obstacle Course Race! This race welcomes all fitness levels but the exercises in this program will exclusively help you build the running/jogging endurance to complete the distance and strength needed to master the 20+ obstacles! Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and finish the race strong!

Trio Fitness Training was established in 2015 as a passion project by brothers Joel & Luke Hayes. Now they continue their passion in endurance sports by coaching athletes of all levels in OCR, Hybrid, and Tactical Fitness Competitions.
