This is our 5th year publishing this list. This year feels different though. Over the past decade we've seen the death of big-brand OCR's like: Battle Frog, Bone Frog Challenge, Rugged Maniac, Warrior Dash, and more as well as the significant down-sizing of Savage Race announced this year. However, there are a lot more races that you probably don't know about - they're all below.

The competitive side of Obstacle Course Racing is dead. However, that's not what the core of the sport was about. It was about testing yourself physically and mentally in challenging situations and having fun while doing so; both as individuals and as groups. That core ideology lives in dozens of small race brands all around the country.
